Light, very comfortable Nordic walking sticks. Actual sticks come packed each in two separate package, plus two in one huge package. All in one piece. Each product instruction manual in Russian language. Also included guides for winter walk (on sticks themselves at the ends rubber tips, the thorn in the ski sticks) and fasteners for storage. Adjustable Length easily, since the sticks themselves have markings for convenience.
