Packaging is rather basic, but it is really enough to hold the item safe on its trip.
Materials look solid and sturdy, and zippers seem like a quality choice.
Total space is rather big, because of two large "middle" pockets (with additional separators in each of them), and separate pocket for the phone. Because of the adjustable cover and elastic sides, phone pocket can hold even some bigger device (i.e. smaller handheld GPS devices or bigger battery packs), but using that option can affect the space in middle pockets. There is also a small pen/battery pocket that can be of use.
There is a lot of possible mounting options, so everyone can find what suits him.
Shipping was fast and reliable, and I will definitely visit this store and seller again. :)
